«Effective Investments Company» is a management company, a sustainable participant of the economic field of Ukraine. Intensive development and rapid growth dynamics of the company add much to the wealth of experience the enterprises that form the corporation possess.

Each of the component enterprises were building up their experience and capital during the crucial and turbulent period of Ukraine's statehood formation. Now these resources are integrated and aimed at realization of the company goals.

Today «Effective Investments Company» operates the assets of the coal and construction industries,  power engineering and the agrarian sector. The company has controlling interest in more than 20 enterprises.

Successful management, efficient development and adoption of new strategies allows the company to build up infrastructures in absolutely new spheres of activity, not only in business environment historically typical of our country's economy (agrarian complex, coal-mining industry, construction industry).

Owing to innovative management practices, not only did the subdivisions of the company become  the constituent part of the national economy, but they also underlined many socially significant processes, such as provision of workplaces and, as a result, building up of  social security and regeneration of enterprises.

Since the beginning of 2008 «Effective Investments Company» has been carrying out a strategic programme with the investment package of more than 600 million US dollars. The programme stipulates financing of some already existing projects, as well as development of brand new directions  of activity.
